as i drove through new hampshire today, the beauty of the gray sky backdropped against the still vibrant fall colors – and then combined with the waters of lake sunapee … stopped me in my tracks. literally. i had to get out in newbury and take photos on the shores of the quiet lake. i then made my way into town and captured both the elegance and eerie quality of the historic central meeting hall. perfect for the season.
